Kansas Water Law Blog Launched

Adrian & Pankratz, P.A. announces the launch of its new water law blog!  The blog can be found at the following link:  www.kswaterlaw.com.  The blog will feature articles on important topics and current events involving water law and water rights.  The blog will also include links to various resources germane to water law.  The authors of the blog, Tom Adrian and Dave Stucky, are both partners at Adrian & Pankratz, P.A.

Diffused Surface Water & Drought

Last year many parts of Kansas experienced the worst drought on record. Consequently, much attention was given to shortages of water. On January 27, 2013, Tom Adrian and Dave Stucky presented regarding water law at a conference held in Winter Park, Colorado and hosted by the Southwest Kansas Bar Association.  The conference was actually a two-day event and Adrian and Stucky were the keynote speakers the second day. Tom Adrian and Dave Stucky recently were asked to present to other lawyers at the Kansas Bar Association’s Recreational Law CLE.
